At Harmonic Horizons we help provide an accessible, fun, and learning experience for our El Paso youth's future musicians. We start with learning, then rehearsing, and finally, we perform what we've learned at a recital. We honor ourselves in the fact that we use all of our earning and funds into growing and improving our program.
